I’m from Massachusetts, where Republican Scott Brown has 18 million dollars raised for his reelection campaign against prohibitive Democratic nominee Elizabeth Warren. This week, Brown cosponsored the “Blunt amendment” which would allow employers to refuse insurance coverage of contraceptives on moral/religions grounds— essentially, a conscience clause that would force women to pay for birth control out of pocket— which is what Obama’s coverage was intended to prevent. Right now, Brown has 12 million dollars cash on hand, while Warren has only 6 million. I’m encouraging you to donate to Elizabeth Warren to defend the reproductive rights of women across the entire country, not just Massachusetts.
